Project: Drone Footage of Fire-Damaged Church Dismantling & Site Preparation
Location: Leeds
Focus: Demolition of Fire-Damaged Structures | Heavy Machinery | Earthworks & Crushing
Project Overview
AllClear Demolition engaged me to capture the comprehensive demolition process of a fire-damaged church in Leeds, part of the preparation for a new housing development. Over the course of six site visits, I documented the dismantling of the church, along with several other buildings, using various heavy machinery, and I captured the earthworks and material crushing operations on site.
The Goal
The primary goal was to produce an impactful drone video that showcased AllClear Demolition's expertise in handling complex and sensitive demolition projects—especially those involving structurally compromised, fire-damaged buildings—and their ability to manage large-scale site preparation for future developments.
My Role
During multiple drone flights, I captured footage of the church’s careful dismantling, highlighting the severity of the fire damage and the precision required to safely deconstruct the structure. The video also showcased various machinery in action, from demolition rigs to earthmoving and crushing equipment, all working together to clear the site.
Deliverables
High-resolution 4K drone footage from multiple site visits
Aerial shots of fire-damaged church and other structures being demolished
Footage of machinery in operation, including earthworks and crushing activities
Edited video for use in marketing and project updates
Outcome
The final video effectively highlighted AllClear Demolition’s technical proficiency in managing fire-damaged buildings, heavy machinery operations, and large-scale site preparation. It will be used as marketing efforts to attract future clients, showcasing their capability to handle even the most challenging demolition projects.
